It's great to be on the road. But when you're on the road, you also get hungry. I am a person who not only likes food, but also likes to cook. Along the way you will encounter your most imaginative dishes.
In the Philippines, adobo is one of my favorites. It can be prepared in so many ways. So far I have been able to enjoy all these variations. The smells and colors of all the food in other cultures make my mouth water. The fresh fish is truly phenomenal and I make use of that. The fish is simply not that fresh where I live. It's fun and getting to know new flavors.
